Orders & Accounts

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you view order history faster and save details for next time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or edit details, email us immediately at
info@bordeux.co.uk. If the order has already shipped, please use our
Return & Refund Policy.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your coupon at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order and it doesn’t apply to gift cards or already-discounted items.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is a £9.99 flat rate. Orders of £50+ ship free.
Express options may be shown at checkout where available.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders in 1 business day. Typical transit times (estimates):
UK: 2–4 business days • Europe: 5–10 business days • Rest of World: 7–14 business days.
Timings are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays or severe weather.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel ships.
You can also visit our upcoming Track Your Order page with your order number and email.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes?
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees collected by the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Your carrier or local customs will advise if anything is due.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return window and conditions?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition and packaging,
with all accessories and manuals included. Proof of purchase is required.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we’ll cover reasonable return costs—contact us first for a label/approval.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Your bank may take 1–2 billing cycles to post funds.

Warranty & Faults

How long is the warranty?
Many electronic items include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery, unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer warranties (if offered) may provide different/longer terms.
What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?
For visible transit damage, note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
For DOA (does not power on / non-functional on first use), contact us within 7 days for priority support.
We’ll arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email info@bordeux.co.uk with subject “Warranty Claim” and include your order number,
product/SKU, a description of the fault, and photos/videos (serial number if applicable).
We’ll issue an RMA with instructions.

Payments & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard (credit/debit). Other methods are not supported at this time.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway using TLS encryption. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
Your bank may require Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure).

Products & Compatibility

Are your products new or refurbished?
We stock new products. If a listing is refurbished or graded, it will be clearly labelled on the product page.
Will a charger or accessory work in the UK or my country?
Check the product page for plug type and voltage. UK standards apply to most items we stock; for other regions you may need an adapter/convertor.
