Quick steps
Submit a request on our contact page with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return.
Use original packaging when possible. Include all accessories, manuals and any gifts.
Ship to the address we’ll provide in the reply. Keep the receipt and tracking number.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 days. Your bank may take 1–2 billing cycles to post the credit.
Return window & condition
You have 30 days from delivery to return. Items must be in the same condition: unused for accessories/cases; devices should be in original condition with all accessories. Faulty items are covered by UK statutory rights and our warranty.
Exchange vs refund
We process returns as refunds by default. If you prefer an exchange (e.g., different case/model), tell us in your request — we’ll arrange it if stock is available.
Who pays return postage?
For unwanted/changed-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the product is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return costs — contact us first so we can help.
