Thank you for shopping with BORDEUX. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options under UK consumer law and how we handle returns for customers worldwide.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all manufacturer packaging (inner and outer).
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@bordeux.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel and pack the goods securely.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind / Not suitable: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Faulty or incorrect item received: We will cover reasonable return costs (please contact us for a prepaid label or approval).
  • We strongly recommend a tracked and insured service.

3A. International Returns (outside the UK)

  • Please mark the parcel and customs declaration as “Returned goods” to avoid import charges on re-entry to the UK.
  • Duties, taxes and brokerage fees paid on the original shipment are set by your local authorities and are non-refundable by us.
  • Any import/clearance fees charged to us on an improperly declared return may be deducted from your refund.
  • Original outbound shipping is refundable only where we are at fault (wrong/defective item) in line with UK consumer law.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products showing signs of use or customer-caused damage.
  • Items returned after the 30-day period.
  • Gift cards and downloadable/virtual software.
  • Personalised, custom-built, or clearance items (unless defective).

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or you discover a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Original shipping is refundable only where we are at fault (wrong/defective item). Otherwise it is not refundable, including international orders.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take 1–2 billing cycles to post the funds. Currency conversion differences may occur on international orders.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
