3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

4. ORDER PROCESSING

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

7. FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERIES

If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the parcel may be held at a depot or returned to us. Redelivery or return handling charges may apply. Please use carrier options to reschedule or provide delivery instructions where available.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist with the carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
