Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title in the products passes to you upon payment of the full purchase price.

5.7 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, taxes and brokerage fees, which are your responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated. If you refuse a delivery or fail to pay charges and the parcel is returned, any fees charged to us may be deducted from your refund.

5.8 International Returns

When returning goods from outside the UK, clearly mark the parcel and customs declaration as “Returned goods” to avoid import charges on re-entry.
