For orders shipped outside the UK, local taxes, duties and import fees are not included in the website price unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events beyond our control.

5.4 Delivery Address

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

5.5 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to your absence or refusal to accept delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or return handling.

5.6 Risk and Title

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title in the products passes to you upon payment of the full purchase price.

5.7 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, taxes and brokerage fees, which are your responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated. If you refuse a delivery or fail to pay charges and the parcel is returned, any fees charged to us may be deducted from your refund.

5.8 International Returns

When returning goods from outside the UK, clearly mark the parcel and customs declaration as “Returned goods” to avoid import charges on re-entry. 6. ORDER PROCESS

6.1 Order Placement

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

6.2 Order Confirmation

We will send you an email confirmation when we accept your order. This email will contain your order details and estimated delivery information.

6.3 Order Modifications

Once an order is confirmed, modifications may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely package the product with the RMA number clearly marked
4. Return the product using our specified return method

7.5 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item
• We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns

7.6 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping is refundable only where we are at fault (wrong/defective item).

7.7 Faulty Products

If a product is faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
